Warranty Policy
At Droneman, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 6-month replacement warranty on all electronic components. Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Coverage
- The warranty period is valid for 6-Months from the date of purchase.
- This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Over-voltage application.
- Burnt, broken, or physically damaged components.
- Improper use, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Replacement Process
- To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via WhatsApp to raise a ticket.
- We will require a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase.
- The defective component must be sent back to us for inspection.
- Upon receiving the component, our team will examine the PCB and confirm the eligibility for replacement under the warranty terms.
Refund Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
